CREATE A MOCKUP
MOCKUP FOR TEXTILE PRINTING OR EMBROIDERY
A mockup is a visual preview that shows where your logo, motif, lettering or design should be placed on a textile.
It helps us understand how you envision the finished product — for example, on a T-shirt, hoodie, polo shirt, jacket, cap or workwear.
A good mockup doesn't have to be perfectly designed. The most important thing is allthe desired position, size, and method of implementation are clearly recognizable.
This allows us to better review your request, avoid misunderstandings, and prepare the implementation in Textile Printing or embroidery more effectively.
WHAT IS A MOCKUP?
A mockup shows your desired design directly on the appropriate textile. This can be a product image, a simple sketch, or a screenshot where you place your logo on the fabric.
For example, you can create a T-shirt mockup , prepare a hoodie mockup , or mark where your logo should be placed or printed on workwear.
A mockup is also helpful for caps, jackets, polos, aprons, or bags. It shows us whether the design should be placed on the chest, back, sleeve, neck, leg, or the front of the cap.

WHY IS A
MOCKUP IMPORTANT?
A mockup provides clarity. Especially with textile finishing, there are many possibilities: left chest, center chest, large back, small sleeves, subtle neckline, or cap front visible. Without a visual preview, questions or misunderstandings can quickly arise.
If you create a mockup , we can more quickly determine the optimal print position. We can also see whether your design Textile Printing is better suited
HOW YOU CAN CREATE YOUR OWN
MOCKUP
You don't need professional graphics software. A simple image editing program, a presentation program, a PDF tool, or even annotations on a screenshot can suffice. The important thing is that your idea is clearly presented.
- Use a suitable product image or a simple sketch of the textile.
- Place your logo, design, or text on the image.
- Specify the desired position, for example left chest, center chest, back, sleeve, neck, leg or cap front.
- Specify the approximate size of the motif, for example in centimeters or as a rough estimate.
- Please add your color preferences, desired printing method, or embroidery request if you already know.
- Save the file as a PDF, JPG or PNG and send it to us along with your request.

YOUR MOCKUP DOES
N'T HAVE TO BE PERFECT
Many clients think a mockup needs to be graphically precise and meticulously designed. That's not necessary. A simple representation is often sufficient for the first step. You can place a logo on a product image, circle a position, or use arrows to indicate where the design should be placed.
Hand-drawn sketches, screenshots, or notes are also helpful. The crucial thing is that we can identify which textile is to be embellished and where the design will ultimately be placed.
The clearer your information is, the better we can advise you.
WE NEED THIS INFORMATION FROM YOU
To properly assess your request, we need some basic information. Please tell us which textile you would like to have customized, for example, a T-shirt, hoodie, polo shirt, jacket, cap, bag, or workwear.
The desired position of the design is also important. Should it be on the chest, back, sleeve, neck, leg, or the front of the cap? Also, specify the approximate size of the design. If you're unsure, a rough estimate is sufficient.
Additionally, it helps us to know whether the design should be printed or embroidered. If you have your logo as a vector file, PDF, PNG, or JPG, please send it along. Specific color preferences, the planned quantity, and the intended use are also helpful—for example, for businesses, clubs, schools, restaurants, tradespeople, agencies, startups, or private events.
IF NO MOCKUP IS AVAILABLE
Not having your own mockup is no problem. You can also describe your idea to us and send us any existing files. The more information you give us, the better we can understand what you're looking for
