Multiple colors are possible, but each additional color increases the complexity and therefore the cost. Color gradients are only partially achievable in weaving (more of a Sample effect). If you need true gradients, printed labels are the better alternative.
Hot- cut/fit labels are commonly used because the edges are sealed and less prone to fraying. Laser- cut/fit labels are very precise and well-suited for special shapes. The choice depends on appearance, ease of use, and the desired edge quality.
Typical fold options include side folds for clean finishes, center folds for sewing into a seam, and bookcover folds for a particularly high-quality look. Which fold is suitable depends on how you want to attach the label.
