SCREEN PRINTING — TEXTILE SCREEN PRINTING
PRINTING TEXTILES WITH SCREEN PRINTING
We offer Screen Printing as an option in textile production. This printing method is characterized by its high wash resistance and brilliant color reproduction. We use both water-based and plastisol inks for printing.
We can print your textiles ordered in the shop directly using Screen Printing .
ADVANTAGES OF SCREEN PRINTING
- Small minimum order quantity
- Extremely durable and long-lasting
- Rich colors and high opacity
- Multicolored designs and layouts are possible
- Color gradients and photorealistic prints are possible
- Special effect colors, such as neon, gold, and silver, are possible
- 100% customer satisfaction
- High-quality appearance
- Detailed designs and layouts are possible
- Low price for large print runs

SCREEN PRINTING WITH COLOR SEPARATION
For colorful motifs and designs, there is the option to separate the individual printing colors ( Screen Printing with color separation) and halftone (also called halftone printing). This color separation is used to print photorealistic motifs and color gradients.
COLOR GRADUATIONS & SPECIAL COLORS
Multicolored designs, gradients & effect colors, such as neon, gold or silver, as well as photorealistic print designs are possible and can be implemented in Screen Printing .
ADVANTAGES OF COLOR SEPARATION
- Multicolored designs and layouts are possible
- Color gradients and photorealistic prints are possible
- Effect colors such as neon, gold, silver or highlight colors
- High-quality appearance
- Detailed designs and layouts are possible
CREATE PRINT DATA FOR SCREEN PRINTING
For Screen Printing it is helpful to create all print data (logos, designs, motifs and layouts) as high-resolution files so that all prints can be produced in high quality.

Water-based screen printing
We use water-based Screen Printing inks. This printing method is environmentally friendly because no solvents are released during processing. Water-based Screen Printing inks contain no heavy all or other harmful substances. They are particularly well-suited for sustainable clothing.
Plastisol Screen Printing
In addition to water-based Screen Printing we also use plastisol inks. These have a rubbery consistency and are therefore very elastic, which means that the clothing can "move" without the print being damaged or tearing.
Difference between water-based Screen Printing and plastisol Screen Printing
The main difference lies in the feel. Plastisol printing feels firmer and sits more on top of the fabric, while water-based printing penetrates the fabric more and is less bulky. This makes water-based printing softer.
Water-based inks dry faster because the high water content evaporates, while plastisol inks are dried by heat and therefore have a longer processing time. Both printing techniques are durable and wash-resistant.
Transfer Screen Printing | Screen transfer
Transfer Screen Printing is ideal when clothing is needed quickly. With pre-produced screen transfers, we can respond quickly to orders.
Execution of the transfers
For every project, there is a suitable screen transfer production facility, ensuring that the right screen transfers can always be produced.
Printing technology | Screen Printing - transfer
In Screen Printing transfers, the desired logo or design is printed in reverse onto a transfer film. This technique guarantees high detail, brilliant colors, and overall high quality. The pre-produced transfers are then applied to the textile using a heat press and can be easily stored for quick availability when needed.
Raster Screen Printing | Color separation
For particularly colorful designs and layouts, the individual printing colors can be separated (color separation) or screened to use fewer colors for printing.
Even photorealistic images can be rasterized to create color gradients.
Screen Printing - Printing Technology
In Screen Printing the ink is printed directly onto the textile via a screen. The ink layer is thus transferred to the textile.
The printing ink is applied very thinly, resulting in textiles that are comfortable to wear. Even multicolored logos, designs, and layouts can be easily reproduced using Screen Printing . Print positions are almost entirely customizable. The textile is then dried in a drying tunnel.
For dark fabrics, a white underlay is used. This means that a layer of white ink is applied beneath the layout to be printed. This guarantees good opacity of the design's colors and high color brilliance and reproduction.
Another major advantage of Screen Printing is the high wash resistance and durability of the print.
