Whether XS to XXL or custom size distributions, we adapt to your requirements. There is no upper limit to the quantities, so even larger production volumes can be easily accommodated.

CUT/FIT AND FIT

Cut/fit : Regular-Fit.

When manufacturing our T-shirts in Portugal, the Cut/fit are the focus of every production run. We produce according to your specifications, based on an existing size chart or a custom measurement chart. This results in a fit that perfectly matches your target audience and brand profile.

Upon request, we can precisely adjust the regular fit: from sleeve lengths and shoulder widths to the overall length of the shirt. Manufacturing in Portugal ensures consistently high Cut/fit quality, clean workmanship, and reproducible sizing.

Whether small batch or large production – every measurement chart is carefully checked and translated into a sample piece before production begins. A well-thought-out Cut/fit is the foundation for a successful product – we implement it precisely for you.

FABRIC COLOR / DYE

Grammage 180 g/m² or 200 g/m².

You can choose between 180 g/m² and 200 g/m² Grammage . The 180 g/m² option offers a light, airy feel. The 200 g/m² Grammage provides a firmer structure, greater shape retention, and a particularly high-quality look. Both options guarantee durability, wash resistance, and consistent material quality.

FINISHING AND LABELS (OPTIONAL)

Our high-quality T-shirts "Made in Portugal" stand for quality, comfort, and durable workmanship. A key aspect of our production is professional finishing. Finishing is the crucial step in transforming a high-quality blank T-shirt into a unique branded product. In our Portuguese partner factories, we utilize state-of-the-art techniques such as Screen Printing , digital printing (DTF and DTG), and high-quality embroidery.

Another important component of our T-shirts are the Woven Labels . They not only ensure a professional appearance but also maximum comfort. At the same time, they enable clear brand communication and increase the recognition value of your products.

The combination of high-quality fabric, precise finishing and carefully crafted Woven Labels results in T-shirts that are both functionally and visually appealing.

DELIVERY TIME

Sample production: +/- 3-4 weeks
Series production after sample approval: +/- 4-5 weeks

Production times vary depending on the size, print run, and finishing options of each order. The times listed above are standard times, but may occasionally differ.

 

PATTERN

Before a T-shirt goes into mass production, we carefully create samples and individual pieces for approval. This allows you to check every detail—from fabric quality and Cut/fit to seams and finishing. These approval samples serve as a binding template for mass production and ensure that the final product meets expectations. Changes can still be easily implemented.
